Cucumber and Goat Smoothie

A smoothie recipe with cucumbers and goat cheese. An original cold starter


Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 100 g fresh goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Sherry Vinegar
  • 3 cl olive oil
  • Espelette pepper
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • salt

Preparation steps

  1. Peel, remove the seeds from the cucumber and dice.
  2. Add them to a blender with the goat cheese, oil and vinegar.
  3. Mix for several minutes.
  4. Serve in pretty glasses with a straw.
