Coffee dalgona

Ingredients

• 5 tablespoons powdered white sugar
• 5 tablespoons soluble coffee
• 5 tablespoons of water
• 2 mugs of milk

Preparation steps

1. In a bowl put coffee sugar and hot water
2. Whisk with an electric whisk until the mixture doubles in volume and turns to a lighter colour
3. You can keep this cream in the fridge until 2 days
4. Put the milk in a cup and heat it, you can make it warm or cold to make an iced coffee
5. Once the milk is at desired temperature put the coffee cream on
