White Christmas

Ingredients

• The juice of a lime
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons white rum
• 1 tablespoon of rum arranged in coconut
• 65 ml coconut milk
• Sparkling water
• 1 head peppermint
• 10 pomegranate seeds
• 1 teaspoon grated coconut

Preparation steps

1. In a glass, mix the lime juice with the sugar
2. Mix well and add up to half the glass of ice plucked
3. In a shaker put rum and coconut milk
4. Shake
5. Pouring into glass
6. Extend with sparkling water



Decoration: Sprinkle with grated coconut and pomegranate seeds and mint head
