Amber Rum and Passion Fruit Cocktail

Ingredients

• 30 ml Old Nick amber rum
• 50 ml Caraïbos Maracujà passion fruit juice
• 40 ml sparkling water
• 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
• 1/2 lime
• Fresh mint leaves
• Crushed ice

Preparation steps

1. Place some mint leaves in a glass.
2. Add brown sugar and the juice of half a lime.
3. Gently muddle the ingredients to release the mint flavors.
4. Pour in the amber rum followed by Caraïbos Maracujà passion fruit juice.
5. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
6. Top up with sparkling water.
7. Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves for a refreshing final touch.
