Berry Chia Seed Smoothie

This berry chia seed smoothie is a refreshing and nutritious treat, perfect for kickstarting your day or enjoying a healthy break anytime. Packed with antioxidants from strawberries and raspberries, this smoothie is also a great source of fiber thanks to the chia seeds. It's quick and easy to make, offering a naturally sweet taste and interesting texture. 


Ingredients

  • 200 g of strawberries
  • 100 g of raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 120 ml of apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon of sucralose (optional)

Preparation steps

  1. Place the chia seeds in a glass of cold water and let them sit for 30 minutes to hydrate. Then drain.
  2. Rinse the strawberries and raspberries under cold water, then place them in a blender. Add the apple juice and sucralose if using, and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a glass, add the hydrated chia seeds, stir, and enjoy immediately.
