Tropical Refuge

Ingredients

• 3 cl White Rum (45°)
• 2.5 cl Kiwi Nectar
• 2.5 cl Passion Fruit Nectar
• 1 cl Cane Sugar Syrup
• 0.75 cl Orange Blossom Water

Preparation steps

1. Take a shaker and fill it halfway with ice cubes.
2. Add the white rum to the shaker.
3. Then pour in the kiwi nectar.
4. Introduce the passion fruit nectar.
5. Gently add the cane sugar syrup.
6. Pour a few drops of orange blossom water to give it that unique floral touch.
7. Seal the shaker tightly.
8. Shake vigorously for about fifteen seconds.
9. Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture directly into a cocktail glass.
10. To finish, garnish with a fresh kiwi slice on the rim of the glass.
