Refreshing and detoxifying Spirulina Juice

This detoxifying green juice is perfect for revitalizing both body and mind while adding a burst of freshness to your day. Packed with nutrients and flavors, this blend of spirulina, spinach, Chinese cabbage, lemon, and pomelo is ideal for a healthful break. 


Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 small piece of Chinese cabbage
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pomelo
  • 2 pinches of spirulina

Preparation steps

  1. Thoroughly wash the spinach and Chinese cabbage.
  2. Use a juicer to extract the juice from the spinach and cabbage.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and pomelo.
  4. In a glass, mix the lemon and pomelo juices with the spinach and cabbage juice. Then add the spirulina.
