Ingredients

  • 250 ml of water
  • 230 g of granulated sugar
  • 450 g of fresh strawberries

Preparation steps

  1. Rinse the strawberries.

  3. In a saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and add the strawberries.
  5. Let simmer for about 10 minutes, until they soften.
