Vanilla Mango Smoothie

Smoothie that can replace a meal with vitamins, proteins, calcium, fiber...


Ingredients

  • 25 cl Milk
  • 125 g Mascarpone
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and dice the mango.
  2. Add it to a blender with milk, egg yolks, vanilla and mascarpone.
  3. Mix several seconds.
  4. Book an hour in the fridge.
  5. Pour into smoothie glasses.
