Red smoothie

Refreshing smoothie with red fruits.


Ingredients

  • Honey
  • 1 Vanilla yogurt
  • 350 g red fruit (strawberries raspberries blackcurrant...)
  • 1 glass of water

Preparation steps

  1. Wash the red fruit.
  2. Add them to a blender with the yogurt, a tablespoon of honey and water.
  3. Mix for a few minutes.
  4. Serve in smoothie glasses.

  5. Decoration: Add some red fruit.
