Papaya Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 papaya
  • 80 g pineapple
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Total 0% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of ice, approx 50 g

Preparation steps

  1. Peel the half papaya and remove the seeds.
  2. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
  3. Place the papaya, pineapple, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, ground flaxseeds, almond milk, and ice in a blender.
  4. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
