HTK Fizz

Ingredients

• 4 cl Gin
• 3 cl Lychee Puree (preferably homemade)
• 2 cl Freshly squeezed lime juice
• 4 cl Sparkling water
• 4 slices of cucumber
• 2 basil leaves
• Lime zest for garnish

Preparation steps

1. In an old-fashioned glass, place the basil leaves.
2. Add the cucumber slices.
3. Use a muddler to lightly crush the cucumber and basil to release their aromas.
4. Add crushed ice to fill half of the glass.
5. Incorporate the gin, lychee puree, and lime juice.
6. Gently stir with a spoon to mix well.
7. Top up with sparkling water to add a sparkling touch.
8. Rub the lime zest on the rim of the glass to add a hint of aroma, then place it in the cocktail as decoration.
