Grapefruit smoothie

Quick smoothie to make and refreshing with grapefruit.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 plain yogurt
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 2 grapefruits

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and cut the grapefruit into quarters. (Keep a small piece for decoration)
  2. Add it to a blender with the remaining ingredients and a few ice cubes.
  3. Mix several seconds.
  4. Pour into smoothie glasses.

  5. Decoration: Add a piece of grapefruit to the glass
