Ingredients

• 4 fresh strawberries
• 3 cl of gin
• 1 cl of dry vermouth
• 1 cl of red (rosso) vermouth
• 5 to 6 ice cubes

Preparation steps

1. Start by placing the strawberries in the bottom of the shaker. Use a muddler to gently crush them, releasing their juice and aroma.
2. Add the ice cubes, followed by the gin, dry vermouth, and red vermouth.
3. Close the shaker and shake vigorously to mix all the ingredients well.
4. Using an ice strainer and a pulp strainer, filter the mixture into a martini glass.
5. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh and fruity flavors at their best.
