Escape to the tropics with this refreshing vodka cocktail, enhanced with an exotic touch of coconut cream and pineapple juice. Perfect for a summer evening or a relaxing moment, the Vodka-Chi is a sweet and creamy blend that will instantly transport you to a sunny beach.

Ingredients

4 cl of vodka
1 fresh pineapple slice, about 1 cm thick
2 tablespoons of coconut cream, canned preferred
12 cl of pineapple juice, pure fruit juice recommended
5 to 6 ice cubes

Preparation steps

Cut a triangular piece from the pineapple slice, keeping the skin on.
In the lower part of the shaker, add ice cubes and all the ingredients, except for the pineapple piece.
Assemble the shaker and shake vigorously for about 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain the contents into a highball glass using an ice strainer.
Make a small notch in the pineapple piece and place it on the rim of the glass for decoration. Serve immediately.
