Summer fizz

Black currant rum cocktail


Ingredients

  • 15 cl white rum
  • 2 cl blackcurrant cream
  • 8 cl orange juice
  • sparkling water
  • A small bunch of currants plus 5 or 6 currants

Preparation steps

  1. Ice up to 3/4 of the glass
  2. Pour the blackcurrant cream on the ice cubes
  3. Put ice in a shaker until half
  4. Pour in the orange juice and rum then shake
  5. Pour the mixture into the glass by filtering the ice cubes
  6. Extend with sparkling water
  7. Add the currants to the glass and decorate with the bunch on the edge of the glass
