Ingredients

  • 2 Williams pears
  • 2 kiwis
  • 100 g of cherries
  • 1 plain yogurt

Preparation steps

  1. Prepare the fruits: Wash and peel the pears and kiwis, then cut them into medium-sized pieces. Don't forget to remove the core from the pears. For the cherries, wash them and remove the pits.
  2. Place the fruits in the blender.
  3. Add the yogurt on top. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, you can add a bit of water or fruit juice.
  4. Blend for about a minute until you achieve a smooth consistency. If necessary, add a bit more liquid and blend again.
