Cider chimayo

Cocktail with tequila, cider and blackcurrant cream.


Ingredients

  • 4 cl Tequila
  • 4 cl cider
  • 2 cl blackcurrant cream
  • 2 cups lemon juice

Preparation steps

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour the blackcurrant cream and tequila.
  3. Shake energetically.
  4. Serve in a cocktail glass holding the ice cubes.
  5. Top with fresh cider.

  6. Decoration: Add a zest of lemon.
