Blackcurrant Pear Smoothie

Delicious smoothie combining the sweetness of pear and the acidity of blackcurrant.


Ingredients

  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 scoop Blackcurrant Sorbet
  • 10 cl Pear Juice
  • 2 Pears

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and cut the pears into pieces.
  2. Add them to a blender with the pear juice, sorbet and mint.
  3. Mix a few seconds at high speed.
  4. Pour into a smoothie glass.
